Here are other actions you can take in addition to contacting your elected national, state and local representatives:
- Shedule an event at your Rotary Club or nearby venue (public library?)
- Arrange to present the ‘How Are the Children’ curriculum at your church
- Choose a film to view from the Palestine Portal Film List or the Voices From the Holy Land list of “Selected Documentary Films” or the Boston JVP Film Library.
- Share the above selected film with family, friends and neighbors.
- Familiarize yourself with the action that UUA took at General Assembly in June 2020 regarding human rights and divestment.
- Write a letter to the editor of your local paper
- Donate to appeals for Palestinian refugees
- Join a local group that is fighting for Palestinian rights. If there isn’t a group, start one. If there are several, organize a coalition.
- Boycott items produced in the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
